Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after being placed. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

Can I return or exchange my candle?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're happy to make it right! Please email orders@bodiedbyelegance.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

If a replacement isn't possible, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
