At Bodied by Elegance, every candle is crafted with care and attention to detail. While all sales are final, we understand that issues may occasionally arise - and we're here to make things right.
Shipping Information:
We currently only ship within the U.S.
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email
Shipping delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bodied by Elegance is not responsible for lost packages due to address errors. If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before submitting it, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions about a product before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We're happy to offer a replacement when appropriate.

Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging.
Once reviewed, we'll contact you with the next steps.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to offer a replacement for damaged or incorrect items. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Used candles
Sale items
Custom or personalized orders
